Here it is
6 tbs lemon tart with a heart
1.5 ltr of hot water
I tin pineapple slices in juice
1 ltr pineapple juice
2 lemons sliced and squeezed
Sprigs of mint
Directions
Brew tea and chill overnight
Add equal amount of ice to tea
Add the rest of the ingredients
For a cheeky surprise add some spiced rum or vodka
